Shipping information

Exchange policy

FrappeDesign offers international express shipping by DHL, Fedex or UPS. Once an order is submitted, it will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 days. After that a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you along with the tracking details.  The  Delivery time is between 2-7 business days depending on the destination.

 

Special $10 USD flat-rate internation express shipping fee is offered to the following countries:  United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Italy, Ausralia, Hongkong, Singapore, Malaysia and Mexico. Shipping fee for other countries are assessed based on the destination.

 

Customers in some countries may be charged an additional fee by the shipping courier. This additional fee is the custom duty or tax that the shipping courier paid in advance on the behalf of the customer to the countries' customs. The shipping courier will collect this additional fee from the customer upon delivery of the item.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes, you can change your order preferences or cancel your order by contact our customer support (support@frappedesign.com) within 24 hours after your order has been placed on our online-store.

How can I make a payment?

FrappeDesign offers you a secured payment via Paypal.

Alternative payment will be available soon.

FrappeDesign will provide an exchange for the items that have been purchased from our online store only. The exchange policy does not cover damage caused from product misuse, product abuse, unapproved product repair and customization.

 

Exchange policy is valid for 5 days after the customer has received the product.

 

The customer will need the Exchange Authorization (EA) number for exchange the product. Contact support@frappedesign.com for exchange inquiry.

Return policy

FrappeDesign will provide a refund for items that have been purchased from our online store only. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging.

 

Our return policy does not cover damage caused from product misuse, product abuse, unapproved product repair and customization. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for shipping cost when returning the products.

 

- Return policy is valid for 7 days after the item has been shipped to the customer.

- In case that the original packaging is not included on the return, 20% of the refund fee will be charged.

- The customer will need the Return Authorization (RA) number to return the product.

- The return product must be delivered to FrappeDesign within 14 days after the RA had been issued.

- The Return Authorization Document must be signed by the customer, print and attached with the return package.
